Magicicada is eclectic project of singer and songwriter – Małgorzata Buracka and t dot est – musician, composer and producer. They both are in love with spaces of piano music – its timelessness, depth and variety of sound. Ascetic sound covered by soft and modern electronic pieces is fulfilled by ethereal vocal. This is the background to tell the story about Magicicada.

Magicicada Septendecim is cicada, which 99,5% of life spends under the ground, as a larva. After 17 years it spreads its wings and sings a last song. The song of rebirth and death. The song which rises it up, to the world of freedom and calmness, and then brings it to the opposite pole of the world – full of anxiety, passion and lonely journey.
